Welcome to Manjeet Packers & Movers. By accessing our website or availing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Scope

• Our services include packing, loading, transporting, unloading, unpacking, and relocation support for household, office, vehicle, and warehouse-related moves.

• Additional services (insurance, storage, etc.) are subject to separate agreements and charges.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or written agreement.

• A service is considered booked only after confirmation from our team and acceptance of estimated charges.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms: advance, part-payment, or full payment on delivery.

• Accepted modes: UPI, bank transfer, cash, or online gateways.

• Late payments may attract penalties or service delays.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

• Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

5. Packing & Handling

• We ensure quality packing and careful handling of goods. However, fragile or high-value items must be declared in advance.

• We are not responsible for self-packed or improperly declared items.

6. Delays & Damage

• Delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, or external factors are beyond our control.

• In case of damage, only insured items will be eligible for claims as per the terms of insurance.

7. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed upon.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage due to incorrect information, force majeure, or negligence from the client’s side.

8. Insurance

• Insurance is optional and must be requested before the move.

• Claims must be raised with proper documentation within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Storage Terms (If Applicable)

• Storage is offered at selected locations only.

• Goods left beyond agreed duration may incur extra charges or be disposed of as per our policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
